There are a few reasons why this would not happen.
- The wager was not eligible due to the odds requirement
- Keep in mind that to meet the playthrough on an active bonus the odds to have to be -200 or greater (moving towards the positive sign.
- The wager has not yet settled
- The wager must be settled as a win or a loss before it meets the playthrough requirement. This includes all games on a parlay bet as well. For example, I would not want to place a parlay bet on the Superbowl with an active bonus because the bonus would not convert until the Superbowl was over!
- You cashed out the wager
- If you cash out a wager using bonus money, it will go back into your balance as bonus money.
